Work Environment:

Responsibilities:

• Active customer engagement and consultation in fragrance, skincare, and decorative cosmetics
• Providing passionate customer service according to Douglas standards to enhance satisfaction
• Packaging and cashing out various products
• Shared responsibility for stock receipt, inventory, and product presentation

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in customer service or related fields
• Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous
