Key Account Manager - Luxury Jewelry - French / English / German (m / f / d), Greater Stuttgart Area

Our client is a family business with different brands. As Key Account Manager, you are mainly responsible for the development of existing client relations in France : Wholesalers, luxury brands, jewelry chains, etc.

  • Development of existing key accounts in the French-speaking area and in Europe : 80%
  • Acquisition of new customers in the French-speaking area : 20%
  • Accompanying customers in the creation and execution of projects, monitoring and managing order processing and quality management
  • Working with production department for special orders or complaints
  • Independent calculation of pricing and quotations

Why we want you on the team - your strengths

  • You have completed training or a degree in sales, business, jewelry or a comparable field and acquired experience in key account management, ideally in a comparable field
  • You are fluent in French, English and have an advanced level in German
  • You have experience in using the Office Pack as well as ERP systems
