ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our activities and impact are expanding, and our teams have been growing exponentially over the last two years. Therefore, the People & Culture team, specifically the HR team of experts, is looking forward to welcoming you as (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.

The (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition aims to oversee and manage the end-to-end hiring process, drive the growth of our group of sister companies by standardizing and optimizing current internal processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Your main duties will include:

  1. Acting as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search, supporting our specialist departments throughout the hiring process
  2. Creating and developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Head of People & Culture
  3. Analyzing recruiting and staff growth metrics and implementing measures for continuous improvement
  4. Managing multi-channel recruiting efforts, including job ads, active sourcing, and cooperation with recruitment agencies
  5. Supporting employer branding activities, such as job fairs and agency collaborations
  6. Managing and shaping online and in-person selection processes
  7. Serving as the first contact for applicants and interested parties
  8. Targeted active sourcing and addressing talents individually or in groups
  9. Developing and maintaining the internal Talent Pool and database
  10. Collaborating on overarching HR projects
  11. Representing our corporate culture and values authentically

Your profile

  1. University degree (Bachelor) or vocational training in HR or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  3. At least 3 years in recruiting, direct search, or similar roles
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least C1 level)
  5. High initiative, strong decision-making skills, independent work style, pragmatic, hands-on attitude
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook
  7. Experience with HRIS systems like Personio is advantageous
  8. Preferred: Experience in personnel services or service-oriented industries
