Job Description:

Western Union is seeking a Territory Sales Executive for Berlin. Join a global company in the money transfer sector that enables better things by moving money where it makes a difference. Your role involves expanding the business by recruiting, training, and activating new Western Union agents, as well as managing business development activities with existing agents in your territory.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving or exceeding sales quotas through new agent acquisition.
  2. Managing the end-to-end sales process, including product portfolio sales and agent onboarding.
  3. Negotiating and signing contracts with new agents, collecting and submitting necessary documents, overseeing activation, and training.
  4. Expanding new locations to maximize revenue potential.
  5. Visiting high-performing locations regularly to identify and resolve issues.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in field sales or customer product maintenance.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to train agents, listen to them, and build trust.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment, handle uncertainties, make quick decisions, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages like Turkish, Croatian, Arabic are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
