Our Asset Governance Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Integrated Quality Management System for new Uniper technologies (hydrogen, ammonia, LNG, renewables, energy hubs, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance for future energy supply.
- Maintain and further develop the management system for existing Uniper assets to support security of supply and the coal exit.
- Maintain and improve our quality management system according to ISO 9001 to ensure high quality in our processes and projects.
- Contribute to the harmonization, integration, and standardization of our COO process landscape to increase quality and efficiency.
- Ensure the 'License to Operate' and certification of our assets by implementing local laws and standards into the management system.
- Monitor conformity, performance, and maturity of the Integrated Quality Management System through compliance indicators, process audits, management reviews, and maturity assessments.
- Coordinate regularly with COO management on the maturity and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.
- Continuously improve asset governance using best practices from our operations and industry networks.
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree in economics, engineering, or natural sciences.
- Experience in quality and process management; QM certifications are a plus.
- Experience with plant operations (power, renewables, chemicals, oil and gas processing, refineries, steel production, etc.).
- Conceptual and strategic skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Motivation and enthusiasm for process evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Passion for developing sustainable solutions for the energy transition.
- Strong communication skills to inspire our customers in the COO area.
- Hands-on mentality to drive change projects.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
- Proficiency in German and English.
