Responsibilities as Speditionskaufmann / Export Clerk (m/f/d):

• Manage commissioning, tracking, and invoicing of air and sea freight in export and import.
• Handle customs clearance via T1 through the relevant customs office.
• Create, process, and verify shipping documents, export and customs papers, and freight orders.
• Request and process supplier declarations.
• Support colleagues with order processing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or industrial clerk.
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office.
• Several years of professional experience in international shipping logistics, customs clearance (import/export), and export processing.
• Proficient in German and English.
