• Foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with teams, project managers, and engineers to implement versatile solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and organizational levels.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality work, interaction design skills, and original ideas.
• Expertise in the entire UX lifecycle, best practices, and relevant tools.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams for design implementation.
• Experience in user data collection and analysis (e.g., end-user research, behavioral assessment) is preferable.
