YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with our SAP landscapes to support product teams, management, and internal customers.
• Support our Sales and Service teams worldwide in implementing or enhancing their technical solutions, from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Lead system introductions or release changes, and improve existing solutions as a project manager in agile or traditional projects in collaboration with departments, IT Operations, and external partners.
• Advise on process design, process optimization, digitalization, automation, and visualization of business processes. Familiarity with Business Process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, management, and functional specification writing is essential.
• Serve as the contact person for employees regarding sales and service systems, supporting incident and change management, and 2nd level support.
• Parameterize systems, coordinate application development, conduct system tests, and create/update technical documentation.
• Support defining IT architecture and software design for sales and service solutions and interfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience, with professional experience in SAP SD, GTS, Cloud for Customers, CPI or PI/PO, Customs, AEB.
• Experience as a project manager in classic and agile IT projects, with knowledge of project management and agile methods (Scrum, V-model).
• Good process knowledge in mechanical engineering/service and understanding of sales/service departments.
• Experience with cloud sales or service portals, eCommerce solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in virtual, distributed teams and under pressure with deadlines.
• Development experience in RICEFW components.
• Knowledge of integration technologies like IDOC, OData, APIs, Web Services, SAP CPI, AIF, SAP Gateway.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
