With strong momentum and a rapidly growing customer base, we're building a smarter way for businesses to trade heavy vehicles, and we’re looking for driven people to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

As Regional Sales Manager – Germany, you’ll be responsible for driving Fleequid’s commercial success across the German market. You’ll lead a growing team of Field Sales Representatives, each focused on a specific region within Germany, and ensure they’re aligned, performing, and executing at a high level.

You’ll act as the bridge between the local sales team and the Head of Sales, helping translate strategy into daily action, supporting your team in the field, and contributing to the evolution of our sales processes.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Field Sales Representatives across key German regions.
  • Support reps in closing deals, managing key relationships, and overcoming obstacles.
  • Drive client acquisition and commercial development through personal involvement in strategic opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and field activity, ensuring targets are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Head of Sales and the German field team, translating strategy into execution.
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Gather and report actionable insights on market trends, client needs, and competitor dynamics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing regional teams
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Results-driven, hands-on, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus
