For our Partial Discharge Center of Excellence (PDcell) Berlin in high voltage technology, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Lead for our PD Monitoring Solutions (f/m/x) (100%).

What's it all about?
  • You are responsible for an effective and efficient sales process and actively drive the growth of our PD monitoring business internationally.
  • You actively develop existing structures, personnel, sales tools, and workflows.
  • You are responsible for market analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance monitoring.
  • You will lead our sales team in Berlin focusing on Europe and also work in sales yourself.
  • You develop and manage our network of Monitoring Business Partners in Europe.
  • You prepare decision documents for project bidding phases.
  • You empower our international Sales Team, steer a team of international sales managers, and contribute to overall strategy.
  • You contribute to the development and improvement of our PD Monitoring solutions and services, actively collecting customer feedback.
  • You develop strong relationships with customers and business partners, traveling more than 90 days per year.
What are we looking for?
  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (FH, TU) with strong knowledge of electrical power engineering, ideally with a background in high-voltage technology.
  • You have around 5 years of professional experience as a sales engineer for system solutions in project business, with management experience in sales.
  • You have experience in contract design, international tenders, and project management.
  • Your strengths include communication, presentation techniques, and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • You have a very good command of English and German; additional languages are a plus.
