Your Role
  1. Design and implement strategic frameworks (Content, Social Media, etc.) for digital brand marketing. Establish channel guidelines and best practices for content creation and digital assets.
  2. Provide creative direction and inspiration to digital brand marketing managers. Keep the team updated on latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital content creation.
  3. Collaborate with creative digital agencies/content creators to develop engaging content. Act as a liaison between Content Excellence Partners and Global Brand Teams to ensure best practices and innovative solutions.
  4. Lead the Global Digital Brand Managers (DBMs), providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and training. Ensure onboarding and continuous learning, fostering a culture of improvement.
  5. Facilitate communication between countries and regional teams to share insights and successes.
  6. Create standardized processes for collaboration with regions and agencies, ensuring efficiency and brand consistency.
  7. Aim to improve campaign quality, performance metrics, production efficiency, and ROAS.
Your Skills
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and digital brand management at local, regional, or global levels.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills without hierarchical authority.
  • Effective communication across hierarchy levels, functions, and countries.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Constructive and clear expression of opinions.
  • Combination of creativity, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • Expertise in communication, digital media, and marketing technology.
  • Excellent English language skills.
