We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Field Service Engineers in Europe, starting September 2024.

This 6-month program targets ambitious new graduates seeking an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. It offers insights into various areas and helps build an international network. After training, placements will be in Grenoble (France), Agrate (Italy), Dresden (Germany), or Kildare (Ireland), key hubs for the European semiconductor industry.

Field Service Engineers (FSE) work in state-of-the-art facilities and at customer sites, troubleshooting hardware, solving complex problems, and optimizing equipment.

  • On-site installation, support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and upgrades of customer equipment.
  • Performing maintenance independently or in teams.
  • Systematic troubleshooting and fault elimination.
  • Technologies include: Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection.

Our Trainee Program includes:

  • Theoretical and practical training, with international placements in Asia and Europe.
  • On-the-job training supported by mentors and managers.
  • Long-term career opportunities at European sites with potential for specialization.

We are looking for:

  • Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a Technician, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and either French, German, or Italian.
  • EU citizenship or legal right to work in France, Italy, Ireland, or Germany.
