Job Description:

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity and build meaningful connections that drive behavior change.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering primarily with brand advertisers and agencies to provide measurement insights that enhance understanding of their performance.
  2. Collaborating with revenue and product teams to develop and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  3. Managing client and agency feedback to ensure their needs are reflected in our product and partnership strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal inference methods for ad effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience with attribution modeling; familiarity with Media Mix Modeling is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, auction mechanisms, and campaign performance drivers.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies or data-driven marketing organizations.
  • Strong client communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize key initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research is preferred.
  • Experience with custom analytical work; proficiency in SQL, Hive, or R is a plus.
