About the Role

Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our team.

Everyday people around the world share facets of who they are through their Pandora jewelry. Be the voice of their loves—join us!

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle calls, emails, and chats in German with professionalism.
  2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting current offers and promotions.
  4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, and process returns and fraud cases following training guidelines.
  5. Collaborate and share ideas with colleagues.
  6. Ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Qualifications:
  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech-savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
  6. Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
  7. Customer support experience is a plus.
  8. Positive, adventurous attitude.
