Responsibilities:

• Derive, structure, and prioritize user stories while managing the backlog effectively
• Coordinate interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams for the implementation of new features in online refraction solutions
• Guide and instruct the Development Team, managing technical dependencies to ensure smooth progress
• Ensure all software releases are bug-free and meet customer expectations, with a focus on on-time delivery of the committed scope
• Maintain close alignment with the head of the digital measurement platform regarding feature priorities, product strategy, and the technological roadmap
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in refraction technology to inform product development
• Realize new ideas and provide creative solutions to existing challenges in product development
• Oversee post-launch product performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting regular reviews, and recommending corrective actions to improve processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successfully completed master's/diploma degree in vision science, optometry, medical engineering, computer science, business informatics, or a relevant adjacent field. Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven record of autonomous agile product ownership throughout the entire product lifecycle, including cross-functional collaboration in an international setup; experience in medical device development is advantageous.
• Expertise in driving innovations related to optometry/vision science and digital technologies
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a good understanding of customer & consumer needs
• High flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
