zooplus, a leading online pet platform in Europe, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert to shape and drive its global compensation strategy. The role involves developing competitive, equitable pay structures aligned with business needs, and implementing transparent, data-driven reward approaches to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation Strategy: Develop and update pay ranges through benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  2. Annual Reward Cycle: Oversee pay-related processes, including merit matrices and out-of-cycle adjustments.
  3. Bonus & Incentives: Manage bonus programs, enhance car-related benefits, and facilitate LTIP awards.
  4. Pay Transparency & Compliance: Lead initiatives to improve pay fairness and ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Process & System Optimization: Collaborate with Workday and People Process teams to improve reward processes.
  6. Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Equip teams and managers with tools and knowledge for pay decisions.
  7. Job Architecture: Maintain and refine the framework aligning career progression with pay structures.
  8. Mobility & Recognition: Contribute to international pay recommendations and recognition strategies.
  9. Data & Insights: Conduct pay analyses to support decision-making.

Qualifications include over 7 years in Compensation & Benefits at an expert level, experience with rewards strategies, knowledge of European compensation practices (especially German), stakeholder management skills, and change management abilities.
