This position is available full-time and part-time.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve flagship central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and digital asset projects with top-tier capital market clients, helping them transform and generate value.

You’ll co-create solutions using blockchain and distributed ledger technologies to increase revenues.

You’ll coordinate teams, evaluate business cases, propose technology solutions, and assess risks.

Within our Financial Services Infrastructure Center of Excellence, you’ll lead and manage your team in an agile environment, guiding and mentoring members.

What we’re looking for

• University degree or vocational training in IT or finance, e.g., financial informatics, economics & computer science, banking & coding, software engineering & business administration.
• Understanding of capital markets, investment banking, asset management, trading, and risk management.
• Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, regulations, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of technology infrastructure in capital markets, such as order management systems and risk management systems, is an advantage.
• Several years of IT management experience, preferably in finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills; a lifelong learner who finds solutions for clients.
• Fluent in German and English.
