Job Title: Senior Operations Excellence Manager

Do you thrive on the challenge of optimizing warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact in this role. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive cost efficiencies across our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include project management in logistics, focusing on process optimization, expanding our logistics network, and improving supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage logistics projects such as process optimization, warehouse expansion, and departmental interfaces.
2. Lead planning and setup of new fulfillment centers abroad, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with local regulations.
3. Analyze current warehouse and logistics processes to identify efficiency and productivity improvements.
4. Assist in carrier management, performance monitoring, and transportation cost optimization.
5. Support system enhancements in warehouse management to improve inventory control and order fulfillment.
6. Collaborate with warehouse trainers to ensure staff are well-trained on processes and SOPs.
7. Monitor the implementation of process improvements and evaluate their impact on KPIs.
8. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and system optimization while maintaining high quality standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience in setting up fulfillment/distribution centers and warehouse automation is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to driving change.
• Data-driven and result-oriented, proficient in analytics tools for operational improvements.
• Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work at our Berlin office and occasionally travel within Europe.
