Axpo Solar Germany is seeking a strategic sales expert to drive the monetization of solar projects. This role involves defining monetization strategies, securing long-term tariffs, and leading contract negotiations. Ideal candidates have a university degree, relevant experience in the electricity market, and strong communication skills in German and English.

Qualifikationen

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the German electricity market.
  • Expertise in originating and negotiating electricity supply contracts, especially PPAs.
  • Strong industry network and knowledge of the EEG framework.

Do you want to shape the future of solar energy sales in Germany? At Axpo Solar Germany, we're expanding our footprint in the renewables market and looking for a strategic, results-oriented sales expert to drive the monetization of our solar projects across the country.

What you will do:

  • Define and implement tailored monetization strategies for each solar project
  • Secure long-term tariffs through national tenders and feed-in mechanisms (EEG)
  • Originate and close long-term PPAs with corporate offtakers
  • Capture value from hedging, environmental credits, and emerging revenue streams
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with targets on volume, timing, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all commercial commitments until project handover to Asset Management
What you bring & who you are:
  • University degree in a technical or economic field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the German electricity market
  • Expertise in originating and negotiating electricity supply contracts, especially PPAs
  • Strong industry network and knowledge of the EEG framework
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills
  • Independent, driven, and confident communicator with willingness to travel in Germany
