Position Summary

Are you a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition expert looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while further developing your skills?

We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to play a key role in advancing our hiring strategy and attracting top talent. In this role, you will shape our Talent Acquisition function alongside your team colleague, acting as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic partner. You will manage open roles and own our Employer Branding strategy.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers at all levels, manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience, plan and execute selection procedures, and organize career events.

Role And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Engage with external agencies and our Shared Service center in Romania.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from kickoff meetings to sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, negotiating, and contract management.
• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the Semiconductor industry, including campus recruitment.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams and coach them on recruitment best practices, staying updated on market trends.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote our Employer Brand across channels like social media, review websites, career events, and job fairs to enhance our company's image as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
• Contribute to or lead cross-functional projects such as optimizing our ATS, developing partnerships related to recruitment, and improving existing processes.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition role managing operational and strategic projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about recruitment best practices, staying current with trends, and continuously developing the TA function.
• Experience in a large international company with complex processes and the ability to handle ambiguity.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
