We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to play a key role in advancing our hiring strategy and attracting top talent. In this role, you will shape our Talent Acquisition function alongside your team colleague, acting as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic partner. You will manage open roles and own our Employer Branding strategy.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers at all levels, manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience, plan and execute selection procedures, and organize career events.
