Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, based in Berlin. Your role will involve launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across existing channels, taking ownership of new channels, and ensuring alignment with our business growth targets and KPIs. We seek a driven, analytical, and commercially minded performance marketing expert to manage day-to-day optimizations, campaigns, and innovations to achieve ROAS and acquisition goals.

Your responsibilities:
  • Global and Local Campaign Management: Optimize campaigns on YouTube, Google AppCampaigns, and Meta to increase brand awareness and app user growth. Explore new in-platform opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • New Channel Ownership: Manage new channels being tested, such as Programmatic and Demand Generation.
  • Lead Generation: Plan, optimize, and report on lead generation campaigns supporting partner acquisitions.
  • Performance Media Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute innovative paid media strategies; report on growth metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Senior Marketing Analyst on spend tracking, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Collaborate with brand, creative, and retention teams to ensure ad creatives are on brand and optimized. Discuss campaign performance and brainstorm testing ideas with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with platform managers to test new product betas, align on best practices, and benchmark against competitors.
About You:
  • Campaign Management: 2-3 years of experience managing international brand awareness, lower funnel, and retargeting campaigns, including campaign creation and optimization to meet CPA and ROI targets.
  • Marketing Metrics & KPIs: Experience working with challenging metrics such as SKAN, Sandbox, and MMPs like Adjust and Appsflyer.
  • Innovation: Proactive in seeking new acquisition opportunities and improving performance; creative in overcoming technical hurdles.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Strategic Thinking: Growth-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of business impact.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working across teams like Product and Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills; capable of discussing performance, strategy, and priorities effectively.
  • Brand Awareness: Experience with brand awareness display campaigns, including Rich Media, Video, and High-Impact activities.
