What to expect

To support our growth, we are looking for a highly experienced and industry-savvy Industry Managing Partner to drive the growth of our Consulting & Engineering Services (Applications, Data & AI) business within the Life Sciences sector in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a strong network to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive business expansion.

Key responsibilities:

1. Industry Expertise: Leverage in-depth understanding of the German/DACH Life Sciences market and industry value chain to align technology solutions with business challenges.
2. Business Growth & Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector in Germany.
3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key customers, positioning the company as a strategic partner for their digital transformation journey.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the company's footprint in the Life Sciences sector.
5. Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and influence market trends.
6. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work cross-functionally with local market & global industry teams, offerings, and delivery teams to drive solution adoption and ensure successful customer engagements.
7. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategy and solution development.

What do we expect

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector, either within leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies, or in consulting, IT services, or software companies specializing in Life Sciences.
• Solid understanding of technology solutions (Applications, Data & AI) relevant for the industry.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
