Job Description:

DATAGROUP in Straubing is seeking an IT Service Engineer (all genders) for onsite support. The role involves establishing support structures, setting up and testing SCCM environments, user setup, and support across client workplaces, printers, mobile devices, and network components. Responsibilities include documentation and ensuring high-quality support services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build support structures for the customer in Straubing.
  2. Establish onsite support for hardware and software, including creating work instructions.
  3. Set up and regularly test a new SCCM environment.
  4. Configure user accounts, provide user training, and support.
  5. Handle service tasks related to client workstations, printers, mobile devices, and network components.
  6. Maintain documentation of support activities in ticket systems and customer databases.
Qualifications:
  • Completed IT-related training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support and carve-out situations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, SCCM, and standard client hardware.
  • Knowledge of networks, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Customer-oriented approach and high social competence.
  • Fluent German (C1 level) in speaking and writing.
