Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and implement the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a diverse range of advertisers to deliver the optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each client.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team aimed at expanding the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team dedicated to creating unique customer experiences and actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop creative strategies to enhance our client companies and agency relationships by sharing performance improvement suggestions, upselling, or promoting other Google products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on their advertising investments through a consultative approach.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

  1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. C2 level proficiency in German.
  3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  5. 0-1 years of experience in sales.
  6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  7. Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary starting from €30,000 gross per year, with potential bonuses up to €3,500 gross per year (overachievement possibilities).

This role offers a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
