Your profile

• Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Solid experience with lithium-ion battery cells, both practical and theoretical.
• Hands-on expertise with battery testing systems like Kratzer, PEC, Basytec, AVL, and related equipment:
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of battery testing experience; comfortable with hands-on tasks and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like MATLAB or Python is essential.
• Strong motivation to create and improve testing structures and processes; a proactive, self-driven work style is crucial.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets and effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with Battery Management System (BMS) functions and CAN systems is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive or aerospace sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or additional languages is a bonus.
