To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients regarding the order process.
• Respond to customer requests via phone and email.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service with a deep understanding of e-commerce.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.

WHO YOU ARE

• Native proficiency in US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
• Conscientious handling of customer data.
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive with good organizational and time management skills.
