We are seeking a Group Treasury Systems and Processes Manager to join our Group Treasury team. Reporting to the VP of Group Treasury, this key role within our finance organization will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize global processes and system landscapes, and enhance operational efficiency across our Treasury function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Treasury Management Systems (TMS):

- Select, implement, and maintain Treasury Management Systems.

- Align requirements and processes with finance, IT, and TMS providers.

- Prepare RFPs and negotiate contracts with TMS providers.

- Integrate TMS with SAP/ERP and other systems for payments, bank account statements, and GL bookings.

- Establish and administer system connections between satellite systems (e.g. market data providers, FX trading platforms and similar), TMS, and ERPs.

- Support and train global subsidiaries.

- Serve as the in-house expert on system-related processes and activities.

Strategic Planning and Optimization:

- Plan and optimize the strategic system landscape for Treasury.

- Lead all Treasury-related IT projects.

- Represent Treasury in cross-functional projects including TMS integration with ERP systems.

Policy and Process Development:

- Develop and enhance Treasury policies, directives, and processes.

Support Treasury Activities:

- Assist in cash management, corporate finance and funding, factoring, liquidity planning, financial risk management, reporting and other Treasury activities (internal and external).

- Responsible for maintaining and implementing interfaces between various ERP, TMS and other satellite systems.

Guidance and Compliance:

- Provide support and guidance to group subsidiaries and other headquarters functions.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, directives, and procedures.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in TMS/ERP or similar system implementation, integration, rollout, and maintenance (experience with TMS preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in international corporations, system providers, consultancy (Big 4 preferred), or banks. Experience in corporate treasury is preferred, but not essential.
• Proven track record in project management (certification is a plus).
• Independent, hands-on individual with a strong desire to grow.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
• Self-starter with the ability to challenge the status quo and grow within a critical role.

Location: Internationally / Helsinki/Espoo, Finland (flexible with hybrid/home-based options)

Travel: Required to Finland and global offices
