You will have an impact on:

Elevating operational performance and pushing for excellence across all local touchpoints

Owning the day-to-day execution and performance of our operations in Germany

Being the single point of accountability for local performance across functions

Collaborating with central functional leads to co-create and localise strategic initiatives

Ensuring every property is ready, compliant, and exceeds guest expectations at all times

Fix what doesn’t work and scale what does

Reporting on country-level P&L , operational KPIs with full transparency and ownership

What you will add to our Crew:

Background in P&L oversight, business operations , or business scaling

The drive to scale what works, fix what doesn’t, and never settle

Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English, with confidence navigating local regulations and stakeholders
