CHC Navigation is a global provider of innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions, covering a wide range of professional applications, including land and airborne surveys, conventional GNSS surveys, 3D mass data acquisition, precision farming, unmanned navigation and robotics, real-time GNSS infrastructure, and more.

CHC Navigation is seeking a highly motivated and outstanding Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Germany team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Germany or other German-speaking countries, with proven experience in feature-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment related to machine control (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, mapping, geo-information, GIS).

About the role
  1. Drive regional business growth by executing annual objectives, including sales targets and payment collection for the digital construction product line.
  2. Lead key account management and major project implementation within the assigned territory.
  3. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  4. Deliver product knowledge transfer and training to enhance sales team capabilities.
  5. Analyze customer pain points and develop customized solutions through professional proposal writing.
  6. Oversee project delivery and acceptance processes, ensuring successful closure and payment.
  7. Lead market planning and launch initiatives for new products to accelerate market penetration.
About you
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or mechanical engineering.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries (digital construction, building construction), with a proven track record managing million-scale projects preferred.
  3. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English (both written and oral) are mandatory.
  4. Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on high quality and profitability.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities.

Note: Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany to be considered for this position.

Travel Requirements

This role involves some travel, including visits to business partners or customers, trade shows, strategic account visits, and regional trips to support the CHCNAV Germany team.
