Job Description

We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a leading international aerospace company, we develop, manufacture, and test essential components for launcher programs such as Ariane, the Space Launch System (SLS), as well as commercial launcher systems, the Airbus fleet, spacecraft, satellites, and defense applications. Thanks to globally unique manufacturing technologies, we create high-performance products made of metal and fiber composites, such as large load-bearing structures and cryotanks, lightweight structures, and fuel and pressure tanks that combine maximum performance with minimum weight. Your Tasks

• Coordinate centrally the engineering, production development, quality assurance, and production departments.
• Prepare regular meetings with customers regarding development, production, and configuration management.
• Support document and configuration management activities.
• Represent the project department on the construction deviation committee and in steering committees.
• Participate in quotations and requests for quotations.
• Assist the purchasing department in managing subcontractors/sub-suppliers (ordering strategy).
• Prepare internal and external reports and project dashboards.
• Represent MT Aerospace in working groups.
• Support DTC activities and claim management.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate engineer (TU/FH) specializing in mechanical engineering, preferably aerospace engineering.
• Experience working in large and complex project teams.
• Knowledge of common project management processes.
• System-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of French is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Teamcenter, and SAP.
