A leading company in IT solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for the German Mission Network project. The role involves designing secure and economical IT solutions tailored to customer requirements, focusing on automated, virtualized platforms for mission-critical applications. The Shared Service Architecture division handles delivery-specific solution development and is responsible for the technical design of complex, cross-sectional, and holistic IT solutions within the service lines. The focus is on designing and conceptualizing secure, economical IT solutions tailored to customer requirements, leveraging the capabilities of the delivery units. Our strength lies in our well-trained employees, who specialize in one or more technology areas and collaboratively shape and develop the IT infrastructure of our clients within virtual teams. The primary activity involves solution development for the German Mission Network project, focusing on providing highly automated, virtualized platforms for deploying mission-critical Bundeswehr applications.
Minimum requirements include a degree in IT or a comparable vocational qualification, at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture roles such as enterprise, solution, or IT architect, or as a technical IT consultant. Extensive knowledge in traditional infrastructure and cloud platforms, plus expertise in at least one of the following fields: IT security, Identity & Access Management, data center architectures, virtualization platforms, or legacy client/server structures. Familiarity with the IT-Grundschutz compendium and experience in requirements engineering/management (e.g., IREB) are also required. A proactive and communicative mindset with a strong solution orientation is essential.
