The Customer Success Manager role at Boomi sits at the intersection of customer advocacy and technical solutions. This role covers the DACH Enterprise customers.

In this role, you will engage with IT leaders and technical teams to guide them through the successful implementation, optimization, and continuous adoption of Boomi's Enterprise platform. You should be well-versed in complex system architectures, cloud integrations, automation, data architecture, and API management, enabling you to offer advanced, data-driven insights to your customers.

Your technical acumen, combined with strong business acumen, will ensure customers derive long-term value and achieve their strategic transformation goals.

What you’ll do:

  1. Outcome-Focused Engagement: Collaborate with customers to develop a mutual success plan based on Boomi’s delivery methodology, key milestones, and aligning solutions with success metrics and business goals.
  2. Continuous Platform Adoption: Drive a structured onboarding and adoption plan to maximize product utilization and deliver timely production launches.
  3. Consultative and Strategic Guidance: Lead value-driven engagements by uncovering customer challenges and positioning Boomi as the strategic choice for Integration, Automation, APIM, AI, and Data Management. Provide insights from customer implementations to showcase impact.
  4. Build Champions and Promoters: Maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex customer landscapes, including leadership changes and shifting priorities.
  5. Competitive Positioning: Showcase Boomi's vision, roadmap, platform benefits, and business value to reinforce its solutions.
  6. Technical Acumen: Conduct technical deep dives and workshops to help customers navigate product features and adopt new solutions.
  7. Provide Data-driven Insights: Help customers recognize improvement areas and optimize their Boomi implementation.
  8. Portfolio Health & Renewal Management: Forecast renewals, mitigate risks, and collaborate to ensure customer success.
  9. Triaging and Escalation Management: Manage escalations effectively, assessing impacts and coordinating solutions.
  10. Deliver Business Reviews and Value Assessments: Conduct reviews to showcase achievements and platform benefits, and develop joint success plans.

The Experience you bring:

  • 3+ years in technical roles such as Customer Success Manager, Solution Architect, Consultant, Systems Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, focusing on enterprise integration in SaaS or related industries, specifically in DACH region.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Ability to identify competitor influence within accounts.
  • Strong data skills to interpret platform features, capabilities, and usage data.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation projects involving data integration and automation.
  • Engagement skills with CXOs and technical stakeholders on technical and strategic topics.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technology Certifications in Middleware iPaaS, Cloud Native, or APIM platforms.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS, API, Data management, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Bootcamp Certifications: Achieve Boomi Developer, Architect, and Administrator certifications within the first two months.
