Job Description

Omio is looking for a strategically-minded and analytically strong Senior Business Operations Manager to help drive high-impact initiatives that support our growth and operational excellence. This high-impact role combines the structured problem-solving and analytical rigor typically found in investment banking or management consulting with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced tech environment. You'll support senior leaders across the business, working cross-functionally to turn data into action, improve key processes, and help scale what matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership with high-quality, data-driven insights that surface growth opportunities, inform key decisions, and enhance business performance.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects in collaboration with Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery on strategic priorities.
• Develop scalable frameworks and tools to evaluate performance, track key initiatives, and enable data-informed planning and prioritization.
• Analyze core business metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and support Omio’s long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, and strategy roles in a tech company, marketplace, or SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable impact in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with a “test and learn” mindset to tackle challenges and generate significant outcomes.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems, develop actionable strategies, and support data-driven decision-making at an executive level.
• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, driving alignment across diverse teams, and creating streamlined, scalable processes.
• Expertise in working with data, leveraging tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms to extract insights and optimize business performance.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
