Job Description:

System Netzwerk & Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Munich, Germany

Responsibilities

• Design, planning, and implementation of networks (LAN and WAN) for customer projects
• Operation, analysis, and optimization of network infrastructure within internal customer reference systems
• Handling service tickets related to network & IT issues
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of PLATH systems
• Creation of professional and comprehensive network documentation for customers and internal use

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, a comparable qualification, or extensive professional experience in networking
• Deep understanding of network protocols (Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, ICMP, IGMP, IPSec, etc.)
• Solid knowledge in network design, configuration of Cisco switches and routers, and IP multicast
• Preferably CCNA certification (Cisco) or equivalent
• Experience in executing IT projects
• High flexibility for business trips
• Excellent German and good English language skills
