The Team Lead for Beauty Advisors will be responsible for applying innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management, and performance.
Lead a team to achieve superior quarterly and annual performance through key initiatives, sales strategies, training, tools, and sales plan development.
This position includes managing a large sales and education team across a specific market, engaging with key partner sales and operational management, and deploying within key retailer locations.
In partnership with sales management, this role will be responsible for developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.
Majority of time spent in-store driving retail sales and supporting team development in the territory.
