Job Description:

The Team Lead for Beauty Advisors will be responsible for applying innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management, and performance.

Lead a team to achieve superior quarterly and annual performance through key initiatives, sales strategies, training, tools, and sales plan development.

This position includes managing a large sales and education team across a specific market, engaging with key partner sales and operational management, and deploying within key retailer locations.

In partnership with sales management, this role will be responsible for developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region.
  • Provide best-in-class leadership and team development.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Implement focused strategies to drive results aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Manage budgets within ABH guidelines for freelance and expenses.
  • Complete administrative tasks by their due dates.
  • Uphold ABH dress code guidelines, reflecting current trends.
  • Manage hiring processes and fill open positions promptly.
  • Identify key market opportunities and gaps for ABH to capitalize on.
Competencies:

Majority of time spent in-store driving retail sales and supporting team development in the territory.

  • 5-7 years in a retail selling environment, with 3-5 years in a cosmetic retail executive or regional manager role.
  • Experience managing a market and driving a successful business.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop others to excel.
  • Strategic thinker with effective execution skills and detail management.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to build positive business partnerships.
