As Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for reagents and workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will also drive sales through consultative selling, generating quotes, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer relationships for seamless integration and delivery.

This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA, based in Germany, working remotely to cover the region.

The ideal candidate should be located in Southern Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide front-line pre- and post-sales support for reagents and workflows, assisting with troubleshooting and product optimization.
  2. Engage in consultative selling and upselling of consumables to research and academic institutions.
  3. Generate accurate, competitive quotes for consumables aligned with customer needs and budgets.
  4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand usage.
  5. Manage customer relationships, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction, stock levels, and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and training on consumable reagents, with strong product knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of reagents and dyes used in Life Science research, with the ability to discuss specifications and compatibility.
  • Practical lab experience in Life Science research, providing credibility and insights.
  • Inside sales experience in Life Sciences, focusing on reagents and dyes (preferred).

Additional experience in supporting Spatial Biology workflows is a plus.
