Job Summary

Performing general administrative tasks within operational purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate supplier offers, clarify delivery dates and conditions, including price negotiations.
• Control and coordinate delivery dates and quantities in line with production and order requirements, including implementing delivery reminder procedures.
• Handle release and customs clearance of import shipments.
• Place orders with suppliers and service providers.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English.
• Professional experience in the commercial sector, especially in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Experience in import clearance.
