Influencer Manager

THE ROLE

The Influencer Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing / Community, is a key member of the Everreach Labs global marketing team, working to shape our engagement strategy with Influencers, Content Creators, and Streamers in both the Web2 and Web3 / Blockchain space.

This is a remote role. You will work closely with the Marketing, Community, and Social teams to own the influencer strategy and plans. Your efforts to identify the right influencers and content creators will directly impact the success of Everreach Labs' upcoming flagship title, REVENGE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build the overall Influencer Strategy and maintain strong relationships with Content Creators to foster successful collaborations aligned with Marketing and Product plans.
  2. Partner with internal stakeholders to build a pool of international influencers, Twitch Streamers, YouTube creators, and Web3 KOLs who can effectively carry the brand message.
  3. Develop and execute influencer campaigns to drive engagement and increase game visibility.
  4. Manage budgets and recommend investment requirements to meet KPIs.
  5. Analyze partnership performance and measure ROI.
  6. Project manage the influencer strategy and execution across Nano, Micro, and Macro influencers.
  7. Align regularly with community teams to understand influencer reputation, perception, and performance.
  8. Collaborate with Management and Legal departments to negotiate and manage contracts with agencies and individual influencers.
  9. Conceptualize and implement processes.
  10. Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer management, ideally in video games, Web3, or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing and influencer trends within the video games industry.
  • Extensive contacts and knowledge of Twitch, streaming culture, and gaming trends.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of cultural differences across markets and their impact on marketing strategies.
  • Excellent collaborator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude.
