Job Description:
What you´ll do
  • Plan and implement material tests and laboratory work assignments for existing and new products according to international standards and customer requirements.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory, analytical, and application equipment in accordance with quality, safety, and 5S standards.
  • Develop, optimize, and standardize test methods and testing processes.
  • Prepare laboratory test reports, document test results, and support technical assessments based on the findings.
  • Actively manage inventory and ordering process for lab materials.
  • Contribute to technical trainings and demonstrations for Sales, Key Account Management, and other stakeholders.
What makes you a good fit
  • Certified Technician or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
  • More than 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in technical roles and in-depth knowledge of laboratory work.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret test results and prepare technical assessments, including developing recommendations for further experimental steps.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital tools, e.g., for data analytics and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and German.

Position can also be filled in Part-time (ca. 80%).
