Welcome to Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH, a logistics and distribution company of the Pandora Group based in Hamburg. Our mission is to ship jewellery from our Hamburg location to the EMEA region.

For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet, we are looking for a Customer Relations Representative (m/f/d) in full-time to enrich our Pandora family and drive our company forward. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US
  • Handle communications via email and calls, providing proactive customer service and feedback within response times after training.
  • Resolve inquiries professionally, following established policies in multiple languages.
  • Work independently with a strong team ethos and a can-do attitude.
  • Understand market-specific policies and customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (virtual or in-person) is advantageous.
  • High motivation and engagement.
  • Native-level French language skills and fluent English skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience under stress and good teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable.
