What does the ROLE imply
  1. Responsible for the entire personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
  2. Maintaining and managing employee records in SuccessFactors and other internal HR systems
  3. Administer end-to-end Time & Attendance processes
  4. Gather data, input, and communicate with the Payroll provider
  5. Communication with relevant external local institutions
  6. Managing the recruitment process across the EU region: creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers
  7. Advising and supporting employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (e.g., contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation)
  8. Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging for working equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings, exit interviews, and stay interviews
  9. Promoting staff engagement by coordinating staff events to improve motivation and morale
  10. Working on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change projects, HR analytics, etc.
  11. Assisting in implementing employee development and training programs

Requirements :
  1. Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  2. 3-4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
  3. Previous experience with recruitment processes, preferably at an international level
  4. Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration
  5. First experience working in an international company is preferred
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  7. Good written and spoken (at least B2 level) German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
