Area of Responsibilities:

1. Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing, and PR activities.
2. Strategic marketing planning for local brand building and positioning.
3. Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, and editorial marketing.
4. Serve as the marketing Go-To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing.
5. Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
6. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
7. Implement POS guidelines and oversee all marketing activities to increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print, and social media.
8. Plan and drive events with key stakeholders both online and offline.
9. Work closely with the sales team and customers to execute global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines, increasing brand presence online and offline.
10. Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties on Shop in Shops concept creation and project execution.
11. Analyze market trends, customer journey, and consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline.
12. Execute global strategy and coordinate new product launches locally.

Profile of Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related business fields.
2. Several years of relevant experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment.
3. Strong goal focus and customer orientation, with an affinity for design.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
5. Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
6. Fluent in German and Business English.
7. Prior leadership experience with strong communication skills preferred.
8. Hands-on approach with initiative, assertiveness, and drive.
9. Analytical with high organizational skills.
10. Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects.
