The Vice President Sales, Europe North oversees Benelux, Nordics, UK/Ireland, and German-speaking countries.

You will lead one of our four global regions. This mature territory requires strategic development for growth, expanding our footprint within large clients, identifying new partnerships, and growing key accounts. It involves balancing direct and indirect sales on a country-by-country basis.

Your daily tasks:

  • Responsible for all regional sales—new business and existing account growth
  • Drive sales excellence in daily operations
  • Achieve and surpass targets through effective sales behaviors
  • Manage forecasting and business rhythm quarterly, monthly, and weekly
  • Refine our Go-To-Market strategies in coordination with Presales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Lead a team of experienced country and territory leads, including partner and direct sales specialists

What you bring to the table:

  • Multiple years of senior sales leadership experience, with exposure to direct and indirect sales channels
  • Deep understanding of licensing models—perpetual, subscription, maintenance
  • Experience guiding organizations through business model transitions
  • Proven success managing diverse, multicultural sales regions in tech
  • Leadership by example and engagement with teams’ challenges
  • Experience implementing cross-selling initiatives
  • Assertiveness and a strong drive to succeed
  • Contract negotiation skills with a business-enabling approach
  • Focus on building a performance-oriented culture
  • Structured, autonomous working style
  • Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus
