• Define, communicate, and execute an aligned product vision and strategy, including marketing the product.
• Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap globally.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities; derive and execute improvement actions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and revenue generation.
• Continuously improve door-to-door product processes and systems based on stringent KPIs.
• Drive standardization, digitalization, and innovation.
• Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven decisions supporting Network and Customer Service teams.
• Shape an efficient, high-performing rail & road organization with our Business Units and Regions.
• Transform into a CO2-free door-to-door product.
