Mandatory Skills :

1. Experience in managing projects and programs, including financial management, initial planning, and ongoing management.
2. Responsibility for delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Ability to create project management deliverables such as management plans, project plans, risk and issue logs, and meeting documentation, ensuring delivery of project/program targets.
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies like PMI, PMP, Prince2.
5. Technical or functional expertise in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service).
