German Speaking Customer Success Manager - SAAS

Location : Remote, based anywhere in the DACH Region

Salary €50,000

Client Profile :

Our client, a successful SAAS company based in Munich, is looking for a German Speaking Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Build close, long-term client relationships to understand their needs and ensure their success.
  2. Keep clients engaged and maintain consistent communication.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients.
  4. Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution.
  5. Build customer loyalty and reduce churn.
  6. Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding process.
  7. Develop communication strategies that drive the greatest impact at scale.
  8. Lead consultations and one-on-one demos to educate customers on product features.
  9. Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure they realize the full potential of the services offered.
  10. Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.
  11. Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications and partnership opportunities.
  12. Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects.
  13. Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap.

Personal Specification :

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting, working with accounts of various sizes.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
