Mars Renewable (MARS) is dedicated to the global battery storage business, aiming to become a leading provider of battery solutions. Our team has established a track record of over 2 GW of grid-connected renewable projects worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to present, promote, and sell MARS’s solution portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The goal is to grow market share, increase revenue, acquire new customers, and enhance profitability.

B. Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Solution / Product
  • Originate opportunities and develop compelling customer proposals for energy storage solutions.
  • Gather customer requirements, collaborate with the Solution team to prepare commercial and technical proposals, and deliver attractive offers to key customers.
  • Negotiate key commercial terms and close transactions effectively.
  • Customer
    • Develop account sales strategies and establish communication routines with extended account resources to ensure engagement and accountability.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Support business development and sales meetings, representing MARS at industry conferences and forums.
  • Market
    • Understand market dynamics, define business cases, and communicate functional requirements with internal teams.
    • Report on market activities and developments.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Relevant sales or commercial experience in the energy industry; experience within the solar PV installer sector is preferred.
    • Passion for renewable energy and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Knowledge of battery storage systems, grid systems, and photovoltaic power is a plus.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical information.
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
