Requirements

As a Talent Enablement Partner, you will :

• Connect with and assess pre-qualified professionals via phone / Zoom, understanding their career aspirations and suitability for our growth-focused programs.
• Establish strong rapport with individuals, demonstrating the transformative value of our learning modules through your own professional approach.
• Implement marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn (full training provided) to expand our reach and connect with potential partners.
• Proactively build and nurture your business pipeline, supported by dedicated mentorship and proven success tools.
• Collaborate with and support fellow team members, sharing expertise to foster collective growth and achievement.
• Immerse yourself in our learning and development resources, embodying a commitment to continuous self-growth.
• Engage in regular training sessions with company leaders to enhance your business acumen and career perspective.
