A Japanese industrial products manufacturer is seeking a German-speaking Business Development / Sales Representative to expand their business in Germany.

You will be required to work independently while reporting your sales activity to HQ in the Netherlands. For at least 1 week (TBD), you will stay in Utrecht, the Netherlands for training. Up to 40% of the role will involve business trips, especially within Germany.

Job Details
  • Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Salary: €60k annually DOE + Company car
  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: Fully remote in Germany
Main Responsibilities
  • Providing technical solutions to new and existing customers through inbound & outbound acquisitions across various industries
  • Developing personal sales capabilities and management skills
  • Being responsible for outbound & inbound revenue growth, achieving sales targets, objectives, and personal quotas
  • Managing assigned pipeline, clients, and company portfolio
  • Implementing various sales strategies to penetrate complex international enterprises
  • Supporting Sales, Management, and Business Development teams
  • Tracking and growing performance and knowledge annually
  • Researching and developing new distributors
  • Sharing sales activities during morning meetings
  • Reporting meeting minutes with clients
  • Participating in business trips mainly within Germany (20-40% per month)
Ideal Candidate
  • At least 5 years of B2B Sales experience within the manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Available for 20-40% business trips per month, especially in Germany
  • EU valid driving license is essential
