Your tasks include :

  1. Providing expert support for the ERP system landscape, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related products such as document management and payment transactions.
  2. Planning and executing system migration initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Delivering 1st and 2nd level support to end users, including creating training materials and leading training sessions.
  4. Continuously improving user support by analyzing and optimizing support processes.
  5. Documenting and tracking user issues while developing best practices to prevent errors.

Requirements

  1. At least five years of relevant professional experience in developing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  2. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as C/AL, AL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  3. Experience in system migrations and end-user support.
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office products and proficiency in PowerShell.
  5. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and provide effective solutions to users.
  6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
  7. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, at least at a B2-C1 level.
